    • To facilitate our After-Hours Cannabis Lounge services and compliance with California state law, including necessary NDA and legal waivers for responsible consumption.

    • To communicate with you about event updates, membership renewals, donation requests, and upcoming campaigns.
  • Research and Development:

    • Data collected through our services, including Veterans Programs and Researcher Memberships, may be used to support ongoing cannabis research in compliance with the Cannabis Research and Public Health Law. This information is anonymized whenever possible to protect your privacy.
  • Legal Compliance and Rehabilitation:

    • Information from members applying for Felony Expungement and Rehabilitation Programs will be used to coordinate efforts with our legal team to ensure the necessary services are provided.

a. Sponsor, Vendor, and Community Leader Memberships:

  • Sponsors and vendors are responsible for their own products and services offered at events and must maintain proper liability insurance. Vendors are required to comply with local and state laws.
  • Community Leader Members may be required to sign NDAs when contributing to internal research initiatives.

b. After-Hours Memberships:

  • After-hours membership does not grant access to all private events; access to some events is reserved and subject to availability or third-party bookings. Members attending after-hours events must sign waivers to release The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce International from liability related to impaired judgment or accidents.

c. Felony Expungement and Rehabilitation:

  • Individuals participating in our felony expungement services agree that personal information, including volunteer records, may be shared with legal representatives for the purposes of expungement applications.

8. Vendors and Their Responsibilities

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that their products meet all regulatory requirements. The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce International does not bear liability for any vendor goods or services provided at our events. 9. Legal Disclaimers and Liability Waivers

  • Event Liability: We are not responsible for accidents or issues occurring outside of our venue, including lost or stolen property. Attendees are urged to secure their belongings and exercise caution.
  • Consumption Responsibility: Members are expected to consume responsibly, in compliance with state laws. We do not accept liability for any incidents involving impaired driving after event participation. Attendees are advised to arrange for transportation if needed.
  • NDAs: All members participating in research, after-hours access, or sensitive activities must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, acknowledging the proprietary nature of the data and initiatives.

Our services are intended for adults over the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information.
