Terms of Service Agreement
1. Introduction Welcome to The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce International. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. This Agreement governs your use of our online platform through the Dokan Multivendor system, event participation, and engagement in any services or opportunities offered through our Vending Lite, Vending Pro, and Vending Elite packages.
2. Vendor Packages Overview Vendors have access to a variety of services depending on the selected package:
Vending Lite ($2,000): Access to 12 – 15 event participation opportunities annually (subject to availability), limited online storefront through our platform.
Vending Pro ($5,000): Access to 15 – 25 event participation opportunities annually, increased online store visibility, participation in community events, and marketing support.
Vending Elite ($12,000): Access to 25 – 60 event participation opportunities annually, premium positioning online, product stocking at the Veterans Cannabis Lounge, marketing support, and auction opportunities for bulk marijuana sales.
3. Vendor Event Participation: Participation in events is on a reservation-only basis and subject to availability. Vendors must reserve their spot for events, with priority access given based on the selected vendor package.
4. Event Space and Restrictions: Vendors are provided with a 4×6 ft. table space for each event. The number of vendors at each event may vary depending on the space availability, with a maximum of 16 vendors per event. Vendor space reservations are non-transferable.
5. Compliance and Permits: All vendors must adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale of cannabis and related products. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure compliance, maintain proper permits, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
6. Marketing and Platform Use: Vendors are encouraged to utilize our Multivendor Platform to manage and promote their products. This platform offers advanced features like online auctions for bulk purchasing of cannabis, community interaction tools, and unlimited online store potential.
7. Payment and Refund Policy: Vendor package fees must be paid in full upon registration. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an event is canceled by The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce International. No refunds are provided for vendor cancellations.
8. Termination of Agreement: The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce International reserves the right to terminate the vendor’s access to our platform or events for any breach of this agreement, including non-compliance with legal standards or misconduct during events.
9. Liability Disclaimer: The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce International, Organic Relief Solutions, and related affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained during events or through the use of our platform. Vendors assume full responsibility for their products and actions.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
1. Confidentiality Obligations: By registering as a vendor, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, discussions, and details concerning The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce International, Organic Relief Solutions, and related business activities. This includes, but is not limited to, product strategies, event details, customer data, and other sensitive business information.
2. Scope of Confidential Information: Confidential information may be disclosed verbally, electronically, or in written form. You agree not to disclose, share, or use any proprietary information obtained through your participation as a vendor, both during the term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years following termination.
3. Exclusions from Confidentiality: Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is already publicly available, independently developed without breach of confidentiality, or obtained from a third party with the lawful right to disclose it.
4. Use of Confidential Information: Vendors are only permitted to use confidential information for the purpose of conducting business as part of The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce International events and activities. Unauthorized use or dissemination of such information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Governing Law: This NDA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in a California court.
6. Legal Consequences: Failure to comply with the terms of this NDA may result in immediate termination of your vendor status, potential legal action, and loss of access to The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce International platform and events.
Acceptance: By proceeding with your vendor registration, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service and the Non-Disclosure Agreement. Your participation signifies your commitment to maintaining a positive, professional, and compliant vendor relationship.
